It could be even worse, since this guy is always prepared you could cast the spell again to overload the “overload target spell” into “overload each spell”

I mean, this makes it so you have a scrambleverse (that's 1), every opponent gets 1 (that's 4) and then you copy all spells and get 4 more (that's 8). So then your opponent have to cast reverberberate and each copy all spells once. The first opponent copies the 8 (that's 16) then the next copies the 16 (that's 32) and then the 3rd opponent copies the 32. That's a total of 64 scrambleverse's to resolve. Every permanent as to be randomly distributed 64 times.

im assuming this is in response to the hivemind trigger since we never really moved past in priority. so you have 2 copies of scrambleverse and a hivemind trigger on the stack
