Thank you so much Masentle, you're such a blessing & I'm learning a lot from you. I personally use a piece of plain brown bread & water(I have those tiny glasses, like those used for ama-tots). What if @ the time you're led to take Holy Communion you don't have Crackers or Red juice? What is important I believe is that one prays over the bread & water, declare that they represent Jesus's Body & Blood. I use 1Cor. 11 v 27-29 to guide me & used this lady when I first started.

My mother in law always told me to take holy communion, especially in times where we were going through attacks. I never understood why but now I see and I owe that amazing woman a big hug and appreciation 🥹🥹🥹❤️
