Head to the link in my bio to join the early access list and I’ll send you all the details. 💌 🌶️ Creamy Harissa Chicken & Chickpea Tray Bake 🍽️ Serves: 4 🥘 Base Ingredients: 🍗 300g chicken breast, diced 🫘 200g chickpeas, drained 🥦 200g cauliflower florets 🧅 200g red onion, sliced 🌶️ 60g rose harissa 🧄 1 tsp garlic powder 🌶️ 1 tsp paprika 🧂 Salt & black pepper 🥣 Creamy Feta Sauce: 🥛 250g 0% Greek yogurt 🧀 150g feta, crumbled 🫒 100g olives, chopped 🍋 Juice of ½ lemon 🌿 Large handful of fresh parsley, chopped 🧂 Salt & black pepper 👨🍳 Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. 2. Add the chicken, chickpeas, cauliflower, red onion, rose harissa, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper to a large baking tray and mix until everything is well coated. 3. Bake for 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. 4. Meanwhile, mix together the Greek yogurt, feta, olives, lemon juice, parsley, salt and black pepper until smooth and creamy. 5.
