the socials visited but did not do the proper checks they wer just too desperate to fill the paperwork and leave and ignore the childs needs which were to remove the child they should of reported it to there manager that the child is in danger even if they have 2 leave and not rely on just how the child is being at the time as every child expresses happiness in the first 12 months till about they turn to age where they are able to speak and express there feelings
