Honestly the only thing that has helped me is telling my body that it’s allowed to panic. Surprisingly, it makes your brain think that the feelings aren’t dangerous. I’ve still had onsets but I can tell that I’m not as on edge as I was before! It’s slowly been going away. I also recommend therapy and journaling. I’ll let you know if I find anything else that works better but the first thing works wonders ❤️

Music, comfort shows, comfort people, a lot of incense and ethical smudging, staying very active forcing yourself to go on walks even if it feels impossible, fidget toys, a good therapist and psychiatrist, other beings to take care of to keep yourself motivated to get up and do things for them ( even if it’s just a fish or cat ) forcing yourself to make friends- stay moving anxiety can’t hit a moving target but it tries 🏃‍♀️

what helped me the most ..go outside. being outside going on walks right when i wake up everyday and i feel like that helps me so much, do breathing exercises outside, be outside look around, distract your mind, i also started taking magnesium to relax me, i recommend taking it before bed to sleep way better and wake up w your nervous system more at ease.

when it gets really bad i just lay on my stomach on my bed, cover myself in all my blankets, and hold my breath a few times until i chill out a little. then i either feel better enough to get up or i fall asleep 😅
