Can we add that admin needs to regularly work as a Teacher and as a Para in a school multiple weeks (2-4weeks at all levels Elem, MS, HS) a school year so they don’t lose touch with how their decisions affect staff..

Standardized testing days need to be half days. The school year should end after testing is finished. I’d approve one week afterwards to wrap up grades and do fun stuff.
