This math ain't right for how much you'll need for how much the hole costs especially starting at 700k. You'll need 100k plus just for that.

I have 60,000 and I was looking at homes under 200,000 where I live I was told that’s not enough and my full time I don’t make enough as a teacher aid :( so here I am 36 yrs old still living with my parents
