@butternutbakery: Here is your 4th of July dessert!! This berry chantilly cake pudding is made with a sweet vanilla almond pudding that’s layered with jammy strawberries, blueberries, and butter cookies. As it chills the cookies soften into cake-like layers, so every bite just melts. Full recipe is up!!
Is this recipe copywrited? Just want to make it myself

I wonder if Salerno butter cookies are regional because I've never seen them and after checking all of the local places (apps), no luck.

Genuine question and I usually roll my eyes at people who ask questions like this but could someone remove the almond extract and just do 2 1/2 tsp of the vanilla extract instead? My husband would love this dessert but is allergic to almonds.

If I’m being lazy could I do a packet of jello pudding and just add the almond extract and mascarpone?

Guys I made it and it tasted good but if you’re not someone who really likes berries you will not like this that much also if you prefer your desserts to have something chewy then you need to add a lot of the biscuits/cookies because honestly without them it just tastes like a mixed berries yogurt. Overall I would rate this a 3.5/5z my family really liked but I’m not a big berry person as much as them

I had to improvise because I didn’t have mascarpone! I did cream cheese with some Greek yogurt to add that tart flavor marscapone has…. It looks good! I’ll have to see how it turns out tomorrow
