I never drink liquid calories unless it’s alcohol and I wanna drink lol. Water, black coffee, zero calorie sugar free drinks if I want a soda. No cream no sugar. No juices. No drinks with calories.

Cheese (if good quality) is a great source of protein and calcium. In fact, it is really healthy. I’m very petite and very thin and I eat tons of REAL (!!) cheese everyday. Italian, French, Swiss cheese.

If I eat cheese and crackers I make it something SUPER savory…Asiago, Parmesan just because it is more hard hitting and you don’t want to eat as much as you would want to eat a cheddar for example. But you have to be intentional regardless!

Personally as a thin petite person the only thing I focus on really is portion size. I generally eat healthy, yes, but more than anything I just don’t overeat. 2 balanced meals a day, anything I want, just a reasonable amount.
