I swear by all of these. Wearing polyester in the south during spring/summer especially is a dumpster fire. I also love wearing satin & silk in the evenings.

As a girlie that lives in a tropical country, darker colors turn up the heat. When I’m in black or navy blue, for example, I sweat way more than when I’m wearing white or baby blue.
