@pitter.patter.pot: One of the steps we have to take to get your pottery you have painted, looking amazing 😍 is sanding! Once you paint your pottery, we wait 24hrs for it to dry thoroughly, then dip it in glaze and wait a further 24hrs for it to dry. Your pottery goes completely white once the glaze dries and then we have to sand the bottom of your pottery so it doesn't stick to the kiln plate. Then it's ready for the kiln! Excuse the mess in my garage 😱 and my big jacket, as it can get chilly in there 😆 If you'd like to come to paint your own pottery at our studio, get in touch to book in.
