I got a pip one week after a title 7 protected complaint. They’re lying on me based on a process that we HAVE NOT implemented yet, they lied in my about attendance as-well. They even said “this would be termination but it’s not at this time because this was never presented to you”….what the heck so they’re just admitting it to my face!? 😂They praised my work during the meeting and they had the new manager make up a fake audit. This is so insane it’s almost laughable.

lol this happened to me. My supervisor’s name was the same as mine, so her direct supervisor and the director accidentally looped me in on all of it via TEAMS while I was on FMLA. Mind you I had raises every year and was an excellent worker. No issues. It was wild.

I was put on suspension the next week after I asked why I was scheduled half hour less than my coworkers cuz those half hours mattered to make it to the 30 hours and get benefits

I made complaints, I had proof of attrition after he took over that most of the women directly reporting to him left the company, I had reported harassment and all, I got “laid off” and was told by all the lawyers I didn’t have a case
