I live 3 hours away from ATL when I first got the email that I could be apart of such a beautiful project I instantly fasted and prayed to God… I remember the night before something was wrong with the car I asked everyone for a favor to get to ATL for my fitting everyone said NO even some family members (valid) I cried and I cried I remember feeling so defeated but I knew GOD had a plan I kept saying God would never bring me this far to only bring me this far because this has ALWAYS been my dream and I finally had the opportunity even if it was small for me it was BIG so I stayed on the phone with my gma and auntie until about 3am to find a solution I ended up making one last call to a family friend and got a YES which meant no sleep I had to leave 4am to make it in time I was perfectly ok with it I got on the road and made it in time… during the process of filming some nights I was on the side of the ROAD because of car trouble but I made it my business to STILL show up when you want something as bad as you wanna breathe you have NO excuses so YES I’m proud of me and YES I’m gonna clap for myself I remember everyone laughed and said I wouldn’t do it and how I wouldn’t meet Tyler perry safe to say I DID it and idc what nobody says I am sooo proud of myself because where I come from the odds are slim to none.. this is my journey and it may be small to you but this movie has change my LIFE… working with @kerrywashington , @tylerperry @ebonyssidian @ebonyobsidian @milaunajemai @kyliemjefferson @sarahmjeffery + more has been INCREDIBLE and I am so thankful… I can do ALL things through Christ… thank you God… and thank you to everyone I met on set I love you my new family and lifetime friends six triple eight dump…🥹🙏🏽🙏🏽 see you all December 20th! #sixtripleeight #sistas #actresslife #viralllllllll
