Taxi drivers are not allowed to reject customers on payment modes. Theres always atm along the way or even petrol kiosk.They are allowed to reject if they are changing shifts n they pre notified on their led signage.

most taxis have 2 shifts, and e-payments goes main account. 2nd shift driver no choice but to reject.

Drove taxi for 10 years. Rental needs to pay daily, cashless payments are not instantly credited into drivers bank account. Need to have money for fuel and to eat. The problem is the one system, NETS. Even website and all other card base cashless systems go through them, for decades still the same slow payout. Backend system still decades old, no upgrades, just some upgrades to visual experience. I stopped using eNETS on my website and switched to other forms of cashless payments like Stripe and PayPal because the payouts are faster.

Part time taxi drivers don't have a credit system I think. The taxi system goes to the main driver.
