@tapt_26: ‼️Day 6 NMT‼️ - Woke up in less pain than yesterday (which is a win) and decided not to splash my face with my usual Dead Sea Salt & Oat water… and today hasn’t been as painful & had no oozing at all! - It is, as you can see very flaky, crusty & tight (Still can’t open my mouth really) but if this also means less pain, less itching & no oozing then ok let’s go! - Again very early days but despite me looking horrific & not feeling too cracking I still feel this IS the right option for me & my skin right now!! - Nearly at 1 FULL week of NMT!! - #TSWCommunity #NMT #SkinHealing #TopicalSteroidAwareness #TSWWarrior
