this happened at maccies😂 I left them and a domino effect of everyone else leaving after me happened now there's no one I recognise other than a couple managers

Within the year I worked at the cinema we had such a high staff turnover that I started in January when how to train your dragon 3 came out that when Avengers Endgame came out in April only a few people had been there longer than me, it became so bad that I was having to give nicknames to new starters(most was 7 new starters in a week)

I once went on a week long vacation and came back to an entirely new staff. They fired everyone including management they were closed for 2 days and reopened with all new staff.

I was at my last job for 9 years. I was the employee they had the longest, with everyone else lasting a year or two at most. Since I left, the store has apparently gone downhill a lot 😬😬 I have old regulars approach me in the wild and talk about how they no longer go there because it sucks now, lmao

Happened at my old job. manager was a piece of work and before her turnover was wasn't a thing. year later I was the only one from the old crew left and when I left, everyone i worked with left as well lmao

As someone that has moved up the company and changed location 3 times. At least I got a soft reset to be the new face, if I was in one location just seeing everyone leave for over 10 years I would be so depressed.

happened in a delivery depot I worked at, I spent 9 years there, I kept applying for a management position and getting told I was needed more in the warehouse, got to the point they wanted me to train new people that would eventually become my managers, so I quit, about 5 years later I bumped into someone who use to work there and said everyone quit not long after me, the depot ended up getting bought over by another company
