This actually happens quite a bit in fast food here. If a store isn't doing well or failing they'll send someone from corporate to try to find and fix the problems.

Corporate does send people to any store that has problems -now they know it's the customers in that location. My company will tell you to leave and bar you if you're rude to the staff. Makes for a more pleasant work place
