@lockwood.seed: The countdown is on! Silage season is almost here! Our first corn fields are scheduled to come off next week, and we can’t wait to see what this year’s crop has in store. After a season of hard work, it’s almost time to put the choppers in the field. Want to check out a field before harvest? Give us a call! We have silage corn fields throughout the area and would be happy to show one near you. Stay tuned—harvest is just getting started. #LockwoodSeed #SilageCorn #CornHarvest #Harvest2026 #Forage

That machine is a beast! The horsepower to cut all those stalks. We had a NH 717 with a two row head, it took the JD 4000 all she had. 🥰🥰🥰 Farming sure has changed from the 60’s.
