It's sad but I'm glad he shuts down Vel trying to tell him how she's doing. Cassian chased being with Bix over battlefields, across galaxies and along a decade. He respected her choice to leave but also respected his peace in her absence just as much.

The ending of Andor legit made me cry. Cassian died on the beach of Scarif not knowing he has a son. And if he had known, he probably wouldn't have sacrificed his life for the Rebellion.
