Yes. And also I changed shoes and found out the heel drop change focused the impact on different joints and it threw me off big time. I had to go back to the shoes I was used to.

Thank you for this I had to reduce my mileage a lot because of IT BAND SYNDROME and when I got back into running full everything felt weird uncomfortable and tight and a little painful

I’m building it up right now. My calves and achilles get stiff and sore after longer runs, but it subsides in a day or so. It’s reassuring to know I’m not always going to feel so sore afterwards!
