@tressagarciaaa: Chicken Caesar Croissant Sandwhiches✨🥐🤤 #homemadefood #chickencaesar #homemade #Recipe #homecooking Recipe & Ingredients: For the Chicken Me: * 2 chicken breasts, sliced in half * Salt, to taste * Black pepper, to taste * Paprika, to taste * Herb seasoning, to taste * Kinder Lemon Garlic seasoning, to taste Breading Station Bowl 1 * 1 cup all-purpose flour * Salt and pepper, to taste * 1 teaspoon onion powder Bowl 2 * 1 box panko breadcrumbs * 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese * 2 tablespoons chopped parsley Bowl 3 * 3 eggs, whisked For the Caesar Dressing * 1 cup mayonnaise * Juice of ½ lemon * 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce * 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard * 2 garlic cloves, minced * ¼ cup olive oil * Salt and pepper, to taste * 2-3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese * 1-2 tablespoons water (optional, for a thinner dressing) For the Caesar Salad * 2 hearts romaine lettuce, chopped * Caesar dressing (to taste) Garlic Butter Topping * 2 tablespoons butter, melted * 1 garlic clove, minced * 1 tablespoon chopped parsley Instructions: 1. Season both sides of the chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, paprika, herb seasoning, and Kinder Lemon Garlic seasoning. 2. Prepare your breading station: * In the first bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and onion powder. * In the second bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. In the third bowl, whisk the eggs. 3. Dredge each chicken cutlet in the flour mixture, then the eggs, and finally the panko mixture, pressing gently so the coating adheres. 4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown, crispy, and cooked through. Transfer to a wire rack or paper towel-lined plate. 5. Make the Caesar dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water if you'd like a thinner consistency. 6. In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with enough Caesar dressing to lightly coat. 7. Mix together the melted butter, garlic, and parsley to make the garlic butter topping. 8. To assemble, spread mayonnaise or Caesar dressing on both sides of each croissant. Place a crispy chicken cutlet on the bottom half, then top with the Caesar salad. 9. Brush the tops of croissants with the garlic parsley butter and sprinkle generously with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy✨🥐💗
