It’s because Trinity was always the first to defend KC to Aniya so she also feels betrayed because she believed that he meant well but maybe was struggling to communicate. So I think it’s partly defending Aniya but also partly feeling like he deceived them all.

you have to consider episodes back Trinity was the first one to defend kc to Anaya when I came to her questioning things about him or what other people said. It’s personal to her now because she was front-line defending him. Also saying that they would’ve been mad regardless of if they brought someone back or not yes that may be true because they watched the live stream of the men disrespecting them. They are saying they don't care about the connection it's the disrespect that came along with it that they're angry about

Nah I am with you on the Trinity part, but I feel like KC is being painted in this bad guy and the villain of the villa, but he did not feel reassured about his coupling, if you have seen in the first two weeks they did not show any time Aniya being there with KC, Aniya is a great friend sh has always been there for the girls but at the end of the day she will go back to KC and sleep without building a connection, and I think it felt for KC as tiring and add to the pointless fights where she doesn't even try to understand him ( KC does suck at explain himself ) and to add KC mentioned in the same day before going to Casa Amor that they should go explore and she did not mention it to the girls and they did not show it in the movie night. And plus Trinity, Kayla, Melanie and Aniya keeps interrupting him every time he speaks. And I hate how the Love Island production did not show how Aniya was dissing KC and only showed her experience as "romcom"

You’re forgetting that the boys and KC made anyay feel like they were a really strong couple and that there would be a low chance of him brining someone back. Even if KC was respectful I recon Anaya would have still felt blindsided by that.
