Potatoes are fine as long as they are hard and not soft. Sprouts on a potato you just cut off. I keep mine in fridge so they don’t sprout.

I bought this cooker because the regular crock pots are so heavy for me to wash with carpel tunnel and my daughter dropped it and broke it. I bought this cooker and have NO regrets!!!! I use it in the oven too all the time, I absolutely love it

The whole point of crockpot meals is to put the meat in frozen. No need to thaw first. Low and slow. just cover with seasoning and liquids.

Girllll put the meat in frozen! I do it all the time and it makes keep its moisture!! You didn’t even have to cook it! And the potatoes just cut out the things that are growing out of the potatoes
