Streets below were shut down as officers, including the NYPD's Emergency Service Unit, responded. The Russian self-proclaimed "rooftopper" pair, known for scaling some of the world's tallest buildings,  were taken into custody, and no injuries were reported. Police sources say they could face charges including trespassing and reckless endangerment.
