@aminekloko: Ayahuasca didn’t change my life. It showed me what needed to change. The ceremony lasted one night. The integration is still happening years later. I think that’s the part we’ve collectively misunderstood. We celebrate the breakthrough but forget the thousands of ordinary decisions that follow. The moments where nobody is watching. The moments where you either reinforce the old pattern or create a new one. No medicine can embody the lesson for you. It can show you the door. Walking through it is your responsibility. Curious to hear from those who’ve worked with ayahuasc, or any practice that forced you to face yourself. What changed because of the experience… and what changed because of the work afterwards?
