@cbsla: Two people climbed to the very top of New York City's Empire State Building, unfurled a banner, and then apparently got engaged Wednesday afternoon. Police sources said the two have since been taken into custody. The climb started at around noon Wednesday. The two, who appear to be a man and a woman, could be seen wearing masks. "When the power of love beats the love of power the world knows peace," the banner read.
