What a great story. Thankyou for this. After I discovered how our thoughts shape how we see life, I noticed that whenever a negative thought about a situation or a person popped into my mind, something always happened to snap me out of it, eg I’d stub my toe, or drop something or some other small incident as a sign to make me aware of my negative thoughts. Now when this happens I just say to the universe “Thankyou, I’m aware” and just laugh. Self awareness is everything ❤️
