tip 6 is awesome: my little man hated baths when we brought him home (he never had one in the hospital) but one night everything was done: fed, burped, changed diaper, walked around, snuggled- I did skin to skin in the warm tub and he calmed down and instantly loved baths- he hasn't cried in baths for 4 months.

Tip 2 id wait even longer, like a couple of minutes, and half the time she goes back to sleep. Or i look to see if her eyes are open and aware
