Can’t relate, my man worries if I don’t answer for my safety and health. He has never gotten mad at me about not being in the loop 😅

Yeah, I think it’s better for all involved if you just stay single.

I’m ✨annoyed✨ Thinness won’t solve my problems, I know this because I’ve been thin! Our relationship with our body is the most unique relationship we’ll ever have. What works for me, won’t necessarily work for others. I believe in body autonomy and everyone’s right to make whatever decisions they like for themselves and their bodies — that includes the choice to use GLP1s and the choice not to. GLP1s aren’t the villain, they can be and have been, and continue to be an incredible resource for many people. What I’m condemning here is the assumption that getting thin will solve all health problems- that narrative is wrong, harmful and sets unrealistic expectations. I want you to make decisions for yourself out of love, and choosing to not risk the current health I have by taking a weight-loss drug, simply to be thin is the most love I have shown myself in a long time. There was a time in my life I wouldn’t have thought hit twice about taking it, because I didn’t care what happened to me, as long as I was thin. I’m not by any means saying that these drugs can’t help the things I’ve dealt with, like ED or mental health — What I am saying is I’m not willing to risk the work I’ve done and am actively doing. I’ve worked hard to understand that my body doesn’t need to change physically in order for my movement to be worth while. My body has been through years of starvation, malnutrition, abuse and neglect. She’s just finally learning to trust me again. I need you all to know that your choices for your body, are yours and yours only. And I am proud of any decision you make for yourself out of love! ♥️♥️
