I split my rent in half and I immediately take out half of my rent money when I get paid. And I split my car insurance and credit card in half too

This is me!! I do my rent first check and then have no money until my next check. But if I split I panic that I won’t have enough on the next check to cover it

YAS!!! I do this with my budget every month and go with "x amount per check" and set the money aside. it helps soooo much for bigger bills.

How can I apply this if rent is due the 1st, but I’m paid bi weekly so sometimes it falls on a pay week, but sometimes not. And other bills the same way

it took me years to realize my mortgage didn't have to be paid on the 1st. I switched it to the 21st of the month and it's made such a difference

I wish I could split my mortgage but they don't process ANY of the payments until the last one. So I can submit 3 payments but until that 3rd is processed, they won't pull the moneybfor the other 2. SMH. BUT I do this with several other bills and it's so nice

YALL I SWEAR BY THIS OMGG 🙌🏽🙌🏽 she literally taught me how to do this two summer’s ago and i have been LOVING this method. I’m a server so my income can be inconsistent at times but once you get a month ahead on your bills AND implement this method, you will be sailing smoothly and a lot will be taken off your mind. 🥰
