I’ve got PCOS and endometriosis, never had a monthly in my whole life had 2 operations with cysts removed & they keep coming back .. 😢 wouldn’t wish it on my worse enemy my only wish in life is to be a mother

I've got pcos and endo. I used ovulation sticks you can get them from amazon, there like a pregnancy test but for ovulation. I'd literally just always check if I was ovulating and i got two beautiful children from it xx

I was told absolutely no bascially and I’m finally after 5 years 16 weeks pregnant with my baby girl and i swear it’s because I finally took my diet seriously for the first time in my life eating healthy and lots of walks it helps your insulin resistance! Xx

Inositol is a great vitamin to use when you have PCOS I recommended my friend to take this after she’d been trying for years and she now has a little girl 🥰 also coenzyme Q10 and maca root! I get the inositol powder in a big bag from my protein and the other two from Holland and Barrett as they are better quality from there xxx
