I‘m a dental Student. Please use a toothpaste that contains fluoride. It strengthens the tooth enamel, it significantly reduces the risks of cavities, it repairs early damage and it protects the permanent teeth. I’ve seen lots of children with bad oral hygiene, most of them don’t use fluoride.

we use crest with fluoride toothpaste for my 1 & 3 year old, their pediatrician suggested we switched to one with fluoride since it helps protect against cavities & tooth decay more than non fluoride! 🫶🏻

My 17 month old goes to bed anywhere from 6:30-7/7:15pm and will sleep till almost 9am the next day. And then take a 2 1/2-3hr nap after lunch everyday. My girl loves her sleep, and if she doesn’t get her sleep? She’s a beast 😅😅
