idk if youll see this but I have autism and I dont think I have arid but having freeze dried fruits and anything really helps since its almost always the same texture and sometimes could differ in flavor but its all the same texture idk if this helps

Start sampling some freeze dried fruits. I am picky with food textures and I avoid a lot of fruits because of how bitter/sour they can be. But, I’ll definitely eat them freeze dried.
