Got Bell’s palsy a week before I was induced with my daughter. Terrified the heck out of me. Get lots of rest and let your body heal.

That happened to me when I got shingles in my ear. Worst pain of my life. Sorry you're going through this. I hope its not hurting at all. I know nothing about Bells except that it's temporary.

had it in my 20s and it healed up 90 percent. you'll notice it more when you're tired.
