To improve IELTS listening and speaking, I suggest you listening to A LOT of english podcasts, then try to note down and explain to yourself while speaking the information you picked up from the podcast. However I also highly recommend using Cathoven’s Listening tool, it gives a good feedback report and an estimate band score. If you want you can DM me for the site I use
