My mom has myasthenia gravis an autoimmune disease and SEVERE neuropathy… I worry about her taking peps being a cancer survivor and her disease. I also truly feel like it will change her life. I guess what I’m asking is are there any clinical trials that have been found or discussed that you may know of that would make it worse

My dad had nerve damage and this has greatly improved his walking!! He has less pain and doesn’t need to pull him self up the stairs using the rail! He can go up the stairs with zero assistance now!! He’s a day away from finishing his first, 28 day cycle!

I just started yesterday. I have small fiber neuropathy in my feet. I started at 2mg and was going to do EOD. But I may just do 4mg pinning every night. Anybody with experience feel free to comment

Hi! I hope you don’t mind me reaching out. I’m currently dealing with a lower back injury that happened during a gym workout. My doctors think it’s most likely an inflamed lumbar disc protrusion (possibly irritating a nerve root). The pain is mainly in my lower back and left glute, it’s much worse when lying down or sitting for long periods, while standing and walking are generally more tolerable. Right now I’m treating it conservatively with rest, walking, anti-inflammatory medication, and gradually increasing my activity as the inflammation settles. I saw that you’ve used ARA-290, so I wanted to ask about your experience. Do you think ARA-290 could realistically help someone in my situation, or did you notice benefits only for different types of nerve injuries? I’d really appreciate your honest opinion.
