@eliannyealvares: some of my favorite things to eat!!! 🙈⭐️💛💭 I love this banana bread protein powder, I love having a shake atleast once a day! ground beef bowls have been my bff during this challenge, rice cakes with peanut butter (preworkout snack), supplements: alc, creatine, glutamine are my go to powdered supplements! I also love taking apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach, seamoss, and I have been obsessed with the nello hormone balance packets!!! for a source of energy I love having my Oxyshred cans or the powder version. that’s about it, everyday looks very similar and I’m enjoying this routine 🤭💞 #fyp #motivation #Fitness #30daychallenge #fitnesschallenge
