1. you wasted so much cassie dragon by not immediately ult with cassie 2. you should ALWAYS use cassie ult whenever its ready, dont wait for it to overflow above 100% unless there's only 1 enemy on the field 3. use hyacine ult immediately whenever its ready and when cassie doesnt have her ult 4. at 2:26 you wasted cassie ult because you cyrene ult before using cassie ult 5. theres lot of other misplays but I can't cover it all, but i hope these helps

Basically in monorem you shouldn't use Evernights ult like that You explode the jellyfish and then ult, because the important part of the jellyfishes exploding isn't the stacks but the HP taken when they die (also this Sam is bad for teams with multiple DPSs like monorem)
