Actually the Universe already IS a Boltzmann Brain. If you look at the structure of the cosmic web, it exactly mirrors that of human brain cells and their connections. In theory, a Boltzmann Brain would also have the mental fortitude and capacity due to its incomprehensible size to restart all processes over as part of itself.
