I had a GF who was sent to 30days solitary and she never was sane again. no bs she ended up eating outta dumpsters, full on crazy. worse thing u can do to humans.

I so felt this, I did almost a total of 3 years in solitaire and I always tell people you learn a lot about your self when you have to do something like that & it changed me!!
