Generally, yes. I have some physical symptoms that precede my period and are indicators that I am about to start, cramps, gas, bloating, etc.

Well yes and no. I have clear symptoms of them coming, but i always realize the connection only after my period have started😅 then i'm like ooh, so thats why😂 everytime a surprise😅

if they mean can we feel it literally starting, yes sometimes. but most of us have symptoms beforehand like headaches and insatiable hunger and cravings, sorry breasts, cramping. personally I'm in perimenopause and my periods and PMS have gotten so much worse. I get a debilitating migraine a few days to a week before and I cry at the drop of a hat. the cramps are also far worse than they used to be 😭

Yes. My back starts aching, a little bloating, shifts in mood. HOWEVER, even though I am aware these are symptoms of my period coming, it consistently feels like a surprise when it comes 😂 Anyone else?!

As I'm perimenopausal period is are all over the place. Before that, I'd notice my spatial awareness was off, especially whilst driving.

Yes, we feel all of it. Days before, tenderness, back ache, change in digestion, acne and emotional . I even wake up if it starts during the night.

There are symptoms that the cycle is starting like cramps and hormones, but the time line is very vague. Its more of a hey in the next 1-7 days your going to start and its going to be at the most inconvenient and unprepared moment. Good Luck

i can *usually* tell you within a 48 hour window. within those 48 hours though it’s a gamble as to when exactly. 😂

Yes, my mood is so low, angry/depressed, crying easily, plus cramps, the day before I get a headache that no medication can touch. I have PMDD, the symptoms were similar but a lot less severe when I was younger.

I usually get a burst of energy where I want to do a million things and get so much accomplished with a twinge of indecisiveness & I’m like “oh wait” and then the day before I get a migraine. So I know I will be getting it the next day. Then day of there are physical things that happen that indicate it’s deff on its way
