@myhealthydish: Made Korean Short Ribs for dinner. Here’s the recipe. Ingredients: 5-7 pounds of beef short ribs, 1 Asian pear or apple, 1 onion, 7-8 cloves of garlic, 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 cup light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar , 1/4 cup sesame oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 cup brown sugar. Instructions: soak ribs in cold water for 30 minutes. Rinse, drain and pat dry. Peel asian pear and add to blender with onion, garlic, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar , sesame oil, salt, pepper and brown sugar. Blend and pour everything over ribs. Coat ribs with marinade and place in refrigerator. Marinade for at 3hours, but over night is best. Cooking instructions: Remove ribs from marinade and place on wire rack to remove excess marinade. Grill on medium high heat 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. #koreanshortribs
