Get ya some soap water and add baking soda to it and water the plants with it 🤷🏽♂️I use Martin’s ant killer too it kills all the creepy crawlers. Baking soda water kills bugs on contact

Don't wanna spray everyday with neem and soap that's part of the reason they are going pale. What you need to do is get some beneficial bugs at this point. Some that'll eat those and keep other pest away. Green lacewings could work. Also some beneficial worm like black African worms for the soil. And calmag in the soil and topical at night time will help bring that color back. Not too much tho
