this is true but I want to bring up that being in an episode before it happens can impact your emotions and how you think and how you respond which is incredibly hard to understand what's going on or even know what you're doing but again not an excuse just a reason

Yes PLEASEEE thank you girl! People are surprised I have BPD… babe I’ve been in therapy for 12 years, 6 on my own with the same therapist, done so much EMDR I’m surprised I didn’t unalive during the beginning sessions, and I’m way too self aware. But I still struggle. I’m just quiet and I distance when I’m manic because I know I’m a fucking PSYCHO
