I am 35 !! And I swear this is what I am going through it, I’ve had a heart monitor, CT scan after CT scan, fatigue, heart palpitations, depressed, I can’t leave my house, I feel miserable, I don’t feel like myself, I feel like I lost my spark, the body aches, the chest pain, joint pains.

The way I describe brain fog is trying to get out of quick sand. Like, you know it’s not you so you’re trying to get back to normal but something is pulling you down
