If you’re really going to attempt to keep the house closed all day, around 5-7 open everything. It’ll be cooler outside. Keeping all the doors and windows closed can make it harder to to let heat out too.

Get a window ac if you can! Especially helpful if you cannot adjust the ac of the home and or if you have the hottest room, try Facebook marketplace maybe if your broke or buy nothing groups? And multiple fans if you can! I regularly have three fans running because I have this weird thing where no air flow makes me feel hot and sick even if it’s not actually that warm

I do band camp in the Texas heat, ways I stay cool is freeze a wet towel and lay with it on my wrists or neck

if you gonna drink cold drinks and take cold cold showers make sure your not like fresh out of the heat or were just in hot temperatures, it could shock you body and make you have a stoke.
