Eula keeton :
yo I've only ever had one dream and it was of Chucky (from the film Child's Play) chasing me through my home, I ran at a speed that seemed so fast but slow at the same time. I then hid behind a recliner and the dream ended with Chucky peeking over from above. do you know what that means?

Why do ships need a marine pilot? Watch this video and you'll understand. This is our vessel transiting the canal at Porto, Italy. From the outside, it may look like a routine passage, but navigating a large tanker through a narrow canal is one of the most demanding parts of any voyage. Although the Master has overall responsibility for the vessel, a local marine pilot comes on board to provide expert knowledge of the port and its waterways. The pilot is familiar with every bend of the canal, water depths, currents, traffic movements, speed restrictions, local regulations, and potential hazards that cannot be fully appreciated from nautical charts alone. Safe navigation depends on close cooperation between the pilot, the Master, the bridge team, the helmsman, and the engine room. Every helm order, engine adjustment, and communication is carefully coordinated to ensure the ship remains on the planned track with a safe under-keel clearance and adequate distance from the canal banks. For a fully loaded tanker carrying thousands of tonnes of cargo, even a small error in judgment can have serious consequences. That is why the pilot's local expertise, combined with the ship's bridge team's experience, is essential for a safe and efficient transit. This video captures just a small part of the teamwork, precision, and professionalism required to navigate a large vessel safely through the canal at Porto, Italy. Respect to all marine pilots and seafarers who work together every day to keep global trade moving safely.#porto #pilot #italy#tiktok
