This depends on how you use Sonnet 5 for coding. My coding harness is tuned to Sonnet and when a task cannot be accomplished w Sonnet it uses Opus. Now w Sonnet 5 Advisory mode, I don’t need to switch to Opus as soon or perhaps ever. The net effect is this will save money by getting Opus capability in Advisory mode with fewer tokens at lower token cost overall.

Yeh for me the Sonnet so much more expensive than opus 🫣 Fable is eat tokens like Alligator but till 7th it’s the most cheep based on what that model produces 🤔
