i think at some point having a website where you can easily recommend/link products and include extra info on them (i.e. explain active/key ingredients and their benefits) is going to be essential for keeping information on ur method easy to find

Currently I’m using the garnier clarifying shampoo and also the dr groot shampoo as my “benefit” shampoo (also gives me a really thorough cleanse) is this too much?

I’m a medicated girlie. I use Pantene to scrub the nasty away, my medicated shampoo(from the dermatologist) and then dove bond shampoo. Conditioner is dove for a min and then Pantene repair mask for 7. While I still use the topical steroid for my scalp, my hair has grown a healthy 4” while being in perimenopause with scalp psoriasis 🤣

i have extremely thin oily hair, so i have to do the pantene clarifying with every wash. i also have been noticing flakes so i’ve been doing head and shoulders oil control. i would love to add in a hair retention shampoo but THREE shampoos in one shower sounds excessive
