I loved the empire too but it was too heavy. Maybe if it was more of a longer tote strap, but it wasn’t practical for me either despite its beauty!!

That’s a steep price to fix the interior on that LV, but with the price you paid AND the fix, you’d probably still be paying less than what you would pay for a brand new one. Something to consider!

Try using a vitamin C cream from the pharmacy, it works well for at-home leather renewal and is great for general skincare ❤️

Get leather conditioner and go through and treat all your jackets and bags/ leather, do it twice a year or so but depends on how much you us them (but remember even leather in storage and your closer needs tlc without being worn)
